Nothing is more fun than watching cartoons. Some are great. Some are bad. And some just plain suck. But even the worst ones still give us a good laugh every now and then. With that in mind, I decided to run through my favorite 10 funny cartoons and see if anyone else agreed with me.

For as long as there have been cartoons, there have been funny cartoons. The genre has evolved over time; in some cases, funny cartoons have given way to funny movies. Occasionally, though, a cartoon may even be funny enough to spawn its own TV show. The top 10 funniest cartoons are featured in this article!

1. South Park (1997-2021)

South Park is an American animated series from Comedy Central, created by Matt Stone and Trey Parker and aired from 1997 to 2021, for which they won five Primetime Emmy Awards and two Writer's Guild of America Awards.

In their first few seasons, they were known for their irreverent, satirical approach to politics, religion, popular culture, and taboo topics. Later on, their humor became more general, with running jokes and recurring characters, including Stan, Cartman, Kenny, and Kyle.

The show was only supposed to be a short-lived experiment on Comedy Central, but after it became a hit, the show's creators were given the freedom to create whatever they wanted. There are so many good shows these days to choose from that it can be difficult to decide what to watch. The Simpsons is one of the best and most popular shows on television, but what makes it so good? A lot of people I've talked to say it's the writing, but that's not the only thing that makes it funny. The characters are also very entertaining, and the humor they come up with is hilarious. I think the Simpsons is one of the funniest shows on television, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

The series is a mix of science fiction, comedy, and family drama that is sure to appeal to fans of any genre. The show's stories are often complex in nature, but never dense or confusing.

It premiered on Nickelodeon TV and is very popular with kids all around the world. The show follows the adventures of the title character, SpongeBob SquarePants, and his best friend, a starfish named Patrick. The show is known for its silliness and cuteness, which is why it is so loved by children.

6. Looney Tunes (1930–1969)

Although there have been many cartoons in the Looney Tunes franchise, only a few have been considered as the best in the entire series. Looney Tunes was created by Warner Bros between 1930 to 1969.

It was a struggle to choose which Looney Tunes are the most funny and which are the funniest. There are so many cartoons, and I had to limit my choices to those that would be appropriate for the general audience. I also had to leave out some of the newer ones that are created for younger audiences.

It's the only show that's so twisted and self-aware that it doesn't even care about us. We're not sure what these characters are saying, or what they're doing, but they're completely lost in their own world, and it's hilarious.

Family Guy, the adult animated show made by Seth MacFarlane, was first released on 31 January 1999. That makes fun of all the family-friendly shows, is a hilarious and entertaining show. But just how many times can you watch a show before it loses its freshness?

One of the funniest cartoons, the Family Guy series has shown a total of 19 seasons and a total of 369 episodes. The 20th season is to be announced on September 26, 2021.

8. Futurama (1999-2013)

Futurama is a great show that has been around for a long time, but the show was ending on September 4, 2013. Futurama is an animated television series created by Matt Groening, it aired on Fox Broadcasting Company from 28 March 1999, to 10 August 2003. And it aired on Comedy Central from 23 March 2008 to 4 September 2013.

The series is about the adventures of a hairy, dumb pizza delivery boy who is cryogenically frozen and awakened one thousand years in the future. The series gained a cult following over its 7 seasons, 140 episodes, and its influence on pop culture, as well as its connection to the Internet, has led to it being hailed by some as the "greatest show of all time".

9. Animaniacs (1993-98)

Animaniacs! The popular cartoon was inspired by the Warner Bros cartoon and hit the airwaves on 13 September 1993. It was a huge hit and, therefore, just had to make a comeback!

The Animaniacs is a cartoon series created by Tom Ruegger for Fox Broadcasting Company. It centers around the misadventures of three young mice, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot, and the misadventures they get into because of what they do in the Warner Bros studio lot. It ran for five seasons and 99 episodes from 13 September 1993 to 14 November 1998.

10. King of the Hill (1997-2010)

King of the Hill is a half-hour animated comedy that aired from 12 January 1997 to 6 May 2010. It was created by Mike Judge and Greg Daniels for FOX and aired on FOX. King of the Hill is a hilarious animated series about the fictional town of Arlen, Texas family. King of the Hill is a great show that ran a total of 13 seasons and a total of 259 episodes.

Hank Hill and his wife Peggy are the central characters in the show. Hank is a self-proclaimed loser who's perpetually struggling to get ahead in life.

Hank Hill is a hard-working, down-to-earth businessman, who, along with his wife Peggy, child and a dog Ladybird. Hank's long-term best friend is Bill Dauterive, who is a barber at Fort Blanda. His wife is a stay-at-home mom who's always trying to encourage Hank to break out of his rut. Hank is always grateful for his wife's support, even if she does tend to make him feel bad about himself or act like a pushover.
